Refund policy

 

  • YUTI GIFT BOX DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS OR RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If we decide to make an exception, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs and Processing Fee will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct forty dollars ($40.00) from the refund for shipping and handling.
  • Cancellations:

    Cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only eligible if order processing has not yet begun. Please note: Processing fee is not refundable and will apply to all approved cancellations.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts.If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of attempts of delivery under the shipping agency’s policies, and the product is sent back to Bottle Engraving, a reshipment fee will be applied. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product in question was initially shipped free of charge due to any promotions, we will deduct shipping fee plus processing fee  from the refund for shipping and handling. If the package is returned to Yuti Gift Box damaged because of failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.
  • Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit are determined on a case-by-case basis, but are limited to the following scenarios:
    1. Damaged Product. If your product was received significantly damaged, you may be eligible for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you have purchased Yuti Gift Box shipping insurance at the time of checkout. All damages must be reported within 14 days after delivery to: hello@yuti.co. In the event that the product is no longer in stock, you may be eligible for store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs. Spillage, minor damage or cosmetic defects are possible to occur during transit. Bottle Engraving  does not take responsibility for minor damage.
    2. Incorrect Orders.If the product you received does not match the product on the receipt of your order, we will ship you the correct item that matches your receipt upon receiving the incorrect item back via a Yuti Gift Box provided return label. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the incorrect item.
  • All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped a refund may be issued at our discretion but processing fee wont refunded.

 

Choosing a Delivery Date 

We have added the choose your delivery date feature as a way for you to indicate approximately when you would like your package to arrive. If you like to shop in advance of your celebratory dates you can do all of your shopping at once and we will ship the gifts throughout the year and have them arrive as close to those dates as possible. However, The scheduled delivery calendar is intended for future deliveries and will not expedite the shipping option you have selected.


We do not issue refunds, offer discounts, or accept returns for gifts that experience transit delays as these delays are completely out of our control.

Signature Requirement

For any package that requires a signature, or if you have purchased expedited delivery - second day or next day delivery and the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery for the required signature, or if for any reason the driver cannot deliver the package, Yuti Gift Box is not responsible for an undeliverable package. Your expedited fee will not be refunded and the purchase cannot be refunded.
