Got a box for my sister for Mother’s Day and she absolutely loved it. It was cute cause she loves caviar and champagne so I love how they had a little box that looked just like little caviar, but it was chocolate and a bottle of champagne, which was her favorite brand too.

Terrible communication. Paid for faster shipping, product arrived late and received no response from support team for any type of resolution.
First off, when I was building the box, I had to rebuild it SEVERAL times as there were multiple things out of stock that the website did not reflect. Then, a black champagne glass was sent instead of a white one. Finally, the recipient of the gift advised me not to order from you any more as the food items were stale.
Picked specific future delivery date and it arrived weeks before it was intended
The box did not include the type of wine it said it would. It was supposed to be a Cabernet and it was a Pinot Noir. It came with all different items from the picture. Very disappointed in getting a half bottle for the price of the kit

The gift box received what not what I ordered based on the picture online. I've written twice to customer service with no response. Very disappointed.

Do Not Buy!!!!! I ordered one, and it never came. It had a tracking number and all of a sudden, it stopped moving.
There was an item missing from the package and an expired item included and when I reached out to customer service they were rude and dismissive and I have yet to find a resolution with them about this.
I still haven't received the shipping label that was offered nor any communication regarding the label despite emailed requests

I was told it would be delivered to my granddaughter directly but it came to my house. Therefore it remains unopened sitting on my table because her birthday has passed. It is a waste of money!
